Veteran Community Network of Central Virginia

Community-based network of partners that serves veterans, National Guard service members, Reservists, and their families. We seek to optimize the veteran community's access to the variety and depth of local resources while tackling systemic challenges facing the local veteran community. Additionally, we want to identify those who need resources, refer them to resources, and then once they have been connected with those resources, follow-up with them to ensure their needs are met.
