Learning to Lead Education Center

Learning to Lead Education Center is a visionary K-12 educational institution dedicated to transforming the way students learn in Dinwiddie County, Virginia. Our mission is to provide a student-centered, research-based approach to education. We believe in nurturing critical thinking and problem-solving skills, rather than dictating what students should think.


Our advisory board, consisting of dedicated community members, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to reshaping education. We offer small class sizes, personalized instruction, and innovative learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.


The Virginia Standards of Learning will be the foundation for instruction at all grade levels. This way, we ensure our students are learning the same material as their peers. The Learning to Lead difference is in the personalized approach to instruction and creative application of new concepts.
