    In 1988, CCHASM was formed through a collaborative effort between the communities of Chesterfield and Colonial Heights and the Department of Social Services.


    CCHASM is a non-profit 501(c)(3), a tax-exempt organization working cooperatively with government and community agencies to care for the emergency needs of the citizens of Chesterfield County, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Hopewell, and Prince George, Virginia.

    Through this collaborative effort, we assist area residents.
