Foundations Health Petersburg Earns CARF Accreditation


Petersburg, Virginia – November 18, 2025 – Foundations Health Petersburg is pleased to announce it has earned accreditation from Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), representing compliance with the highest standards of quality, service and professionalism in Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs).

CARF is an international association that promotes quality, value and optimal outcomes of services in addiction treatment and rehabilitation. The organization monitors and supports facilities to meet international standards in:

· Continuous improvement of both organizational management and service delivery

· Diversity and cultural competence as well as enhancing the involvement of people served

· Service quality and value
