Event Description:
Join us as we take a fun, musical journey through a classic fairytale. Based on the story of the Princess and the Pea, Once Upon a Mattress tells the story of a courageous princess who brings new love and life to a kingdom in need of rescue. This comedic musical will have you laughing and humming (or singing) as this happily-ever-after tale unfolds. Once Upon a Mattress credits include: music is by Mary Rodgers, book by Jay Thompson, Dean Fuller and Marshall Barer; and lyrics by Marshall Barer. It is presented through special arrangement with R&H Theatricals (www.rnh.com). Tickets are $10. Current John Tyler Community College students are free with a valid Tyler Student ID.
